That was 2,000 years ago, and the truth still marches on. Will
you join your voice to the message of the cross? To a world that lies in
darkness under the deepest deception, with billions blinded by lies they
invented when only Jesus can save. Will you carry your candle, run to the
darkness, seek out the helpless, lost, and confused and light your world with
the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ? It won’t be easy.
I will teach you the most efficient way. It’s the way
Jesus taught His disciples and told them to pass down to you and me. Yet,
few know this and fewer still believe it’s even possible today. But once
you learn this, only then will you truly live free the way God intended and
possess the power to change the world. You may never know the extent of
how far God will take you, nor how big a life you can live unless you read on.
When I said it won’t be easy, I mean it won’t. Usually,
the ones who impact the world the most, suffer the most. But they are the
ones who achieve the most fulfillment in life. You have heard the
sayings: {“No pain no gain.” “The best view comes after the hardest
climb.” “One cannot get true happiness until they have paid a true price
for it.” “Everything that is free is not valued by anyone.”} And this is
where many turn back and away from God. Will you?
I shared with you earlier: Jesus said, “I am the
way.” The way to the Father. If you want to find the Father, you
must follow the Son (God in the flesh). God said in Jeremiah 29:13 [You
will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.] And
beloved, that is what it’s going to take. Because God is going to “allow”
you to be tempted and tried. And He wants to see how much you want it,
His presence. Sometimes, you will feel like you are going to die, and you
may. But give it all of your heart. Give it all of your mind.
And give it all of your soul. Then, you will find.
Until you find the Father, you may look in all the wrong places
for what your heart longs for. God created you with a God shaped
vacuum. And only He can fill it. Any other way is futile and will
make you go through life miserable and feeling empty inside. You will always
feel like something is missing. The world is looking in all the wrong places,
chasing riches, fame, power, pleasures, and lusts. But Psalm 166:11 says
[Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness
of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for
evermore.]
The truth is, no one can be halfhearted when it comes to living
for God. He hates it and will not accept it. Somebody asked Jesus
in Matthew 22:36-39 [“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the
Law?” Jesus replied: “Love the Lord your God with all your
heart and with all your soul and with all your
mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second
is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’]
In fact, you could sum up the entire 66 books of the Bible in
one word: Love
And it is no wonder that love is the principal thing, because 1
John 4:8 says [Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is
love.]
Say yes! My friend. Come with me on this less traveled
road. The way is astonishingly beautiful beyond compare, and you won’t
regret it. You will be astounded by the joys life brings when you get to
know the King, intimately. Want to make sure you go to heaven? I
will take you there. I have tasted and I have seen that God is
good. I am passed believing. I know He is real! I have seen
proof! Proverbs 13:20 says [He who walks with the wise will become wise,
but the companion of fools will be destroyed.]
Now, here is where it gets very real. Jesus said in
Matthew 10:38 [Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of
me.] Let me give you a clue as to what He means. Romans 8:17
says [Now if we are children, then we are heirs–heirs of God and co-heirs with
Messiah, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that
we may also share in his glory.
Matthew 16:24-27 says [Then Jesus said to his disciples,
“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their
cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose
it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. What
good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul?
Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? For
the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then
he will reward each person according to what they have done.] Know
this: Taking up your cross means you are willing to suffer and die for the
sake of the call.
2 Timothy 2:12 says [If we suffer, we
shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will
deny us.] After Jesus prophesied to His disciples about all the horrors
that will come upon the earth before He returns the second time, He said this
in Luke 21:36 [Stay alert therefore, and pray always, that ye may be
accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to
pass, and to stand before the Son of man.]
Jesus said in Revelation 3:10 [Since you have kept my
command to endure patiently, I will also keep you
from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the
inhabitants of the earth.] This means, those who were not willing to be
tested, will be forced.] Understand, God is going to test your love
either way. Because He can.
James 1:12 says [God blesses those who patiently endure testing
and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that
God has promised to those who love him.] Know that when the Bible does
not specify, it can mean more than one thing. And, certainly in this
verse, the crown of life not only refers to that which awaits in heaven but in
the here and now.
Jesus said in John 6:37-40 [All those the Father gives me will
come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away. For I have
come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who
sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose
none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day. For
my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him
shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”]
Remember that last sentence. Because you are going to read that
God told Moses to make a bronze serpent and raise it up on a pole. And He
said, “Everyone who looks at it that has been bitten will
live.” Know: That what happened in the Old Covenant scriptures
(Genesis to Malachi) is a foreshadowing of what God was going to do in the New
Covenant (Matthew to Revelation).
Jesus was raised up on a crucifixion stake/pole. And God
removed the sins of the world off of humanity and placed them on Jesus on the
Cross. A serpent represents evil and sin. So, do you see the
correlation between the bronze snake on the pole and Jesus on the stake?
Jesus said in John 3:14,15 [Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the
wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes may
have eternal life in him.”]
Jesus was prophesying to the people how they would murder Him.
And, just as when the people looked at the bronze serpent, they lived. So
too, when people look to the cross for salvation, they live!
Again, Jesus said [For I have come down from heaven not
to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.] Then,
Jesus said [Follow Me. I am the way.] Therefore, the opposite of the will
of God for your life is to do as thou will, for that is the way of Satan.
To follow Jesus is to forsake your will to do God’s will. Jesus said in
John 20:21 [“Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am
sending you.”]
Maybe you are thinking: But Jesus was talking to His
disciples, not me. Let me make this clear to you. 2,000 years ago,
Jesus taught His disciples the most efficient and fastest way to reach the most
people with the gospel in the shortest amount of time. And He commanded
His disciples to pass this method down through the centuries to the very end of
the world.
Matthew 28:18-20 says [Then Jesus came to them and said, “All
authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me (What He meant is that
everything Adam lost because of sin, He/Jesus regained by obedience.)
Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing
them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teach
them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you
always, to the very end of the age.”] By the way, the
name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is Jesus, which I can prove with
scripture.
Do you understand? Jesus told His disciples to make
disciples and teach them to do everything He commanded them to do. Thus,
by doing so, Jesus intended for the disciples He personally made, to pass His
instructions down from one generation of disciples to the next, straight to
the very end of the age — even to you and me.
Mark 16:15-20 says [He said to them, “Go into all the world and
preach the gospel to all creation. Whoever (includes you)
believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be
condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In
my name they will drive out demons; they will
speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink
deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place
their hands on sick people, and they will get well.” After the Lord Jesus
had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of
God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked
with them and confirmed his word by signs (miracles) that
accompanied it.]
Now, read the above paragraph again, and wherever you see the
word “they” replace it with the word “you.” If you still
don’t understand, then ask yourself: Am I a believer?
Because, it plainly, clearly, and emphatically says: These
signs will accompany those who believe. So, are you a
believer???!!! If not, keep reading.
Jesus told His disciples in Matthew 10:8 [Heal the sick, raise
the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have
received; freely give.]
Do you see it? If you believe in Jesus, He commands you to
follow Him as His disciple. And, what He instructed His disciples to do
2,000 years ago, is what He commands you to do today.
The reason for these signs is, read that last line above in Mark
16:20. It says: [confirmed his word by the signs that
accompanied it.] Know: That God wants to confirm His Word that you preach
with signs following. So, that your listeners will believe that what you are
telling them is the truth.
The Hindus have their religious book. The Buddhists have
their religious book. The Muslims have their religious book. And so
do all the other religions of this world. So, these precious multitudes
who God created, loves, and died for, longs to prove to them that the good news
of the gospel of Jesus Christ is true!
And He wants to do this through you!
The apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 2:4,5 [My message and my
preaching were not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but with
a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith
might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.]
Then, Paul said in Philippians 4:9 [Whatever you have learned or
received or heard from me or seen in me–put it into practice. And
the God of peace will be with you.]
And Paul said in 1 Corinthians 11:1 [Follow my example, as I
follow the example of Christ.]
Here, Jesus is referring to a grapevine: Jesus said in John
15:5-8 [I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me, and I
in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me ye can do
nothing. If a man abides not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is
withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire (referring to hell
fire), and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall
ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Herein is my Father
glorified, that you bear much fruit; so shall you prove to be my
disciples.]
Thus, to prove yourself to be a disciple of Jesus is by
bearing much fruit. And Jesus said, the only way this is
possible is by abiding in Him. So now, you need to understand: What does
it mean to abide in Him? I am so glad you asked! 1 John 3:6 says
[No one who abides in Him sins; no one who sins has seen Him or
knows Him.] I will talk about how this is possible later. Stay with
me if you want to make sure you go to heaven.
According to the Joshua Project, there are over 3 billion people
who live in the 10/40 window who are considered unreached with the gospel.
Because most of their governments are hostile to any type of Christian work
(This is Satan’s way to keep 3 billion people eternally damned to hell). Yet,
Jesus commanded His disciples to go into all the world and preach the gospel to
every creature.
And God’s laws take precedence over man’s laws. Back in
the time when Jesus was on earth, there existed governments that were hostile
to the gospel. Thus, Jesus told His disciples in Luke 10:3 [Go! I am
sending you out like lambs among wolves.] Romans 8:36 says [As
it is written: “For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as
sheep to be slaughtered.”]
But Jesus said in Matthew 10:28 [Do not be afraid of those who
kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can
destroy both soul and body in hell.] Revelation 12:11 says [They
triumphed over him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their
testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from
death.]
Do you see the point? No pun intended. If Jesus left
the splendor of heaven to suffer more than any man and die a physical death for
you, the least you can do is help God bring eternal life to as many people as
you can with God’s help, even if that means you have to suffer a physical
death.
Understand, if you are unwilling to lay down your life that
others may receive eternal life, you do not belong in His sheep fold.
Because, if you are a true believer, that means you have been what the Bible
calls “Born Again” as a child of God. Thus, you have the very DNA of Jesus.
Thus, it is in your blood to give your life for the lost
sheep!
No big deal because you are going to live forever in heaven with
God anyway! What are they going to do, threaten you with eternal
life? Jesus was tortured and many of His disciples were tortured in
various ways and murdered. Even if that happens to you, it’s only for a
period of time! It is still better than the alternative!!!
Because, if you don’t go as Jesus commanded, the blood of those
who die in their sins will be upon you! Again, God said in Ezekiel 3:18
[When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them
or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life,
that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you
accountable for their blood.] No doubt that means you will suffer the
same fate as those you failed to warn! Obviously, this is how God uses
motivation to spread the gospel. Because He does not want to live without
any one He created for eternal life, including you!
All God is asking of you is to warn them. God is not
asking you to force your opinion on anyone. Jesus never did that, and He
never instructed His followers to do that.
Are you starting to feel like you wished you had never started
reading this discipleship training blog? Too late! Besides, that is
only your flesh talking. Don’t let your body drag you to hell! It’s
better to suffer for a little while than to suffer for eternity in
hell!!! So be strong! Stop being fearful!
Jesus said in Luke 12:4,5 [“I tell you, my friends, do not be
afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more. But I
will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after your body has been
killed, has authority to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him.]
Jesus said in Luke 12:48 [But someone who does not know, and
then does something wrong, will be punished only lightly. When someone (like
you) has been given much, much will be required in return; and when someone has
been entrusted with much, even more will be required.]
You have been given much! You can’t put a price on the
information I have already shared with you! You have been
enlightened. Thus, you must go light your world!
Don’t leave me now. Keep reading, if you want to make sure you
go to heaven.
Let me give you some courage. Revelation 21:8 says [But
the fearful,
the unbelieving,
the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts,
the idolaters and all liars–they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning
sulfur. This is the second death.”] Do you want to burn in hell with the
devil forever? This is for real. I wish I could say it
wasn’t. I will prove it!
I underlined the word “unbelieving” in the above verse.
Remember that believing equals obedience. Unbelieving equals
disobedience. Believers obey and unbelievers refuse to obey. If you
truly possess the Holy Spirit of God, His Spirit will give you the desire to
obey (Ezekiel 36:27, Philippians 2:13). This is how you know you are His.
Only religious people think that they have to obey
God in order to avoid hell. They don’t want to obey, but they feel that
they have to. But true believers have a changed heart and an
innate desire to obey God, not because they have to, but because they want
to.
Romans 8:9 says [You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh
but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you.
And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to
Christ.]
You can read The Parable of The Talents by
Jesus in Matthew 25:14-30. Verse 30 says [As for this worthless servant, throw him
into the outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth
(hell).] The worthless servant refers to someone who refuses to use the
talent/s God gave them. This ties in with what God said about the blood
of those who die in their sins, who if you fail to warn, will be on you!
In the above verse, “the worthless servant” ties in with what
Jesus said in John 15:1,2 [“I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.
He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that
does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.]
This means, when you read Jesus’ Parable of the Sower in Mark
4:1-20, the only seed that bears fruit goes to heaven. All the other
seeds that failed to produce fruit were cut off.
After telling the Parable of the Sower, Jesus follows with this
statement in Luke 8:18 [Therefore consider carefully how you listen.
Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they think
they have will be taken from them.”]
Romans 12:1 says [I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the
mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable
unto God, which is your reasonable service.]
Revelation 12:11 says [They triumphed over him (Satan) by the
blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love
their lives so much as to shrink from death.]
Jesus said, “The second greatest commandment is to love your neighbor
as yourself.” If you were in hell right now, you would be wishing that
someone would have been willing to risk their life to preach the gospel to you,
so you could have avoided being damned to hell. That is how much you love
yourself. And Jesus said: “love your neighbor as yourself.”
Again, Jesus said in Matthew 10:38 [Whoever does not take up
their cross and follow me is not worthy of
me.]
Let me give you a clue as to what worthy means
in the Bible:
Revelation 5:9 says [You are worthy …, because you
were slain, and with your blood you purchased for God persons from every tribe
and language and people and nation.]
If you preach or share the gospel about Jesus Christ to a Hindu,
He may say to you: I was raised hindu all of my life. It’s all I have
ever known. I have my own belief. What makes your holy book
superior to mine? We believe in millions of gods. What makes your
God so special? How do I know you are telling me the truth? Then,
what are you going to do?
You are going to preach the gospel and God will confirm
what you say with signs following. In the name of Jesus, you are
going to raise the dead, heal the sick, cast out devils, cleanse the lepers,
and make new disciples. Then, you are going to teach your new disciples
to do everything Jesus commanded you to do. Because Jesus said in Matthew
24:14 [And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a
testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.]
You might be thinking, “I have never heard of anyone doing this
in my life!” There are people who God has been able to use to perform
miracles, but not in the capacity whereby God is going to use you.
Because I am going to give you the full revelation of what God has shown me and
what the others are obviously missing.
You might be thinking: Why me? Why now? But,
why not you? And, why not now? Obviously, God has chosen you for
such a time as this. Isn’t it great! Imagine being able to live like
Jesus and watch Him open blind eyes, open deaf ears, cause the lame to walk,
heal every type of sickness, cast out devils, and raise the dead through
you!…
This is what Jesus commanded His first disciples to do.
And, this is what the disciples of Jesus did. Mark 16:20 says [And the
disciples went everywhere and preached, and the Lord worked through them,
confirming what they said by many miraculous signs.] And
this is what Jesus expects you to do too.
CAUTION: If you fail to read sufficiently now, you will
most likely NEVER see what you have been missing ALL your life.
Read on and allow me to put all the pieces of the puzzle
together for you, so you can finally see the potential of who God has created
you to be and what He expects you to accomplish for His glory.
